Bramdean and Hinton Ampner Village Hall is a community building, registered with The Charity Commission and run by a volunteer management committee. The hall is maintained primarily for the benefit of the villages of Bramdean and Hinton Ampner on a non-profit making basis. Maintenance and running costs are met from rental income income, derived from various user groups.
The hall is licenced for music and available for hire particularly for such activities as meetings, lectures, classes and general leisure-time recreational activities. Enquiries are also welcome from potential users wishing to hire the facility for weddings, and social activities. The Committeee will also consider use for activities of a commercial nature on an discretionary basis.
The premises are fully insured for use by external organisations for up to a maximum of 100 people.
In addition to the hall and stage there is a small committee room having hall and stage access, a well equipped kitchen fitted with a commercial high speed dishwasher, a private car park and lawned area to the rear.

Hiring fees (usually charged per session: morning, afternoon, evening):
£10 per session for village organisations operating for the benefit of the community.
£25 per session for Bramdean and Hinton Ampner residents only.
£35 per session for Bramdean and Hinton Ampner residents’ teenage parties.
£100 All day (including previous evening access) for Bramdean and Hinton Ampner residents.
£60 per session for non-residents.
£45 per session for non-residents Primary age children’s parties.
£180 all day non-residents (three sessions).
£240 all day (non residents) including previous evening access.
Rates for longer or regular bookings (e.g., weekly) are based on usage and can be determined.
