Curdridge Country Show & Barn Dance: Saturday 13th July


The Curdridge Country Show is a fantastic family day out providing entertainment, activities, refreshments, and trade-stands that promise to keep everyone happy! With FREE parking onsite or nearby and only £15 for a family ticket, the Show is great value for money.

Entertainment includes the Big Noise Community Samba Band, a Vintage car display, Sussex Falconry, Jennifer Parker-Lummis (Soprano singer), a dance performance by Curdridge Primary School, a display by Fair Oak Dog Agility, audience participative games and activities put on by The Mint Yard Fitness Studio and our own dog show – Dog Factor.

There will be a variety of activities on the show-ground that appeal to younger children through to adults including, a bungee trampoline, pony rides, ferret racing, inflatables, a tea-cup ride, an activity tent for younger children, sand-art and archery.

Refreshments available on the day include a Hog Roast, a BBQ serving burgers, hot-dogs and a vegetarian option. The Tea-Tent will have a selection of delectable sandwiches, rolls, cakes and savouries and the Curdridge Cricket Club Pavilion Bar will be serving beverages to quench your thirst. If you are still hungry, treat yourself to a scrumptious Cream Tea from the Tea-Tent Café. Purbeck Ice-Cream, The Firsty-Foal Mobile Bar serving Pimms & Prosecco and Old Cider Joe can also be found on the show-ground.

For a chance to win one of the fantastic prizes that have been donated by local businesses and exhibitors, simply buy your ticket from the Grand-Draw stall on show-day.

If you are feeling competitive, consider taking part in our Horticultural Show. Classes to enter include baking, photography, art, craft, wine, preserves, horticultural and flower-arranging. With a Junior section too, the whole family can take part for a chance to win a certificate or a trophy.

Lastly, budding photographers can enter our Photography Competition for a chance to win a £25 voucher from a store of your choice.
